SHIPPING POLICY |
Orders are processed and shipped only on business days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday will be processed starting on the next business day.

Shipping within the United States |
Priority shipping: Orders will be processed within two business days of receipt. Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail, which usually requires 1 to 3 business days for delivery (more for some remote locations). Delivery confirmation and limited tracking are included.

Express shipping: Orders will be processed on the day received, if received by 1 PM Pacific Time; otherwise, they will be processed on the next business day. Shipping will be via USPS Express Mail, which usually provides next-business-day delivery, though delays of a day or two may occur. Delivery confirmation and tracking are included. CURRENCY POLICY |
All prices are in U.S. dollars and all payments must be received in full in U.S. dollars.

PAYMENT BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER |
Orders paid for by check or money order will not be processed until the check or money order is received by Gallixa LLC.

SALES TAX POLICY |
Because GALLIXA LLC is located in California, it is obligated to collect sales tax on all purchases shipped to a California address. Sales tax will not be charged for orders shipped to an address that is outside of California.

INTERNATIONAL TAX, TARIFF, CUSTOMS, AND DUTY POLICY |
Customers who are outside of the United States are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, and import licenses levied on their orders. These charges, if any, will usually be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery. Please note that we are unable to comply with any request to declare the value of your order as any amount other than the total amount paid for products at checkout.

PRIVACY POLICY |
Gallixa LLC never shares any customer data with any other party. If you order online, we never receive your credit card data or any other financial data. If you order by phone, we do not retain your credit card data after the order has shipped.

RETURN POLICY |
For hygienic reasons, cosmetic and skin care products cannot be returned: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Orders can be cancelled only before they have been shipped.

DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS POLICY |
If your order was damaged or lost during transit, we will replace the damaged or lost goods at no cost to you.

TERMS OF SERVICE (required by credit card companies) |
The use of services and/or purchase of products from Gallixa LLC (hereafter referred to as "Provider") constitutes agreement to all the terms and policies on this page. All products and services received from Provider may only be used for lawful purposes. The laws of the State of California and the United States of America apply. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Provider from any claims resulting from the use of Provider's products or services. Provider reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
